Farmer's Market Season Has Begun!

 The farmer's markets are now open. We have been hanging out at the Farmington Farmer's Market for the past four weeks (minus the week when it was super cold and raining sideways). We will also begin selling at the Artisan Plaza Farmer's Market beginning Saturday, June 12th, 2021. 

This year we are also offering cinnamon and vanilla infused syrups. Our Vanilla Maple Syrup is infused with Madagascar vanilla bean. Our Cinnamon Maple Syrup is infused with a stick of Saigon cinnamon for a bold cinnamon flavor.

First Batches of 2021!

Our first two batches of pure maple syrup are bottled and labeled. They were smaller batches because the trees haven't been running steadily until this week. We collected around 300 gallons of sap, and produced a total of around 10 gallons of finished syrup in these first two batches. The first batch was a nice amber color. The second batch (pictured) was just barely into the dark range. It's hard to tell the difference unless you hold them side by side.

This weekend we will have more like 500 gallons to process. We will also be doing some vanilla or cinnamon infused syrup this weekend - new this year!
